為改善我國加入世界貿易組織，積極輔導產銷組織經營企業化，強化農企產業體質，提昇整體競爭力，進行國際接軌。在做法上引進工商界實質適用之企業理念與技術、企業文化診療作法，並依實際運作予以監測、調整、改善、組合、運作，以期重塑未來台灣農業發展契機。材料與方法設定臺灣新生態『美學之島』的涵義，即將原大自然福爾摩沙『美麗之島』經由現代新美學主義，配以整合經營行銷包裝攻略的研究開發為內涵，讓消費者以體驗融入，獲得心靈智慧與身軀的滿足，所呈現之優美情境理念的表徵。將現階段臺灣從農業者農業發展創新轉型，基本上掌握企業生命週期各關鍵問題點，以 Dr. Deming所謂的 PDCA（plan - do - check - act） 管理循環模式、Dr. Ichak Adizes企業生命週期診療理念，並導入以八大經營管理核心理念之ISO9000：2000國際品質管理系統，再以發展組織階段變化進行對症下藥，並以「企業再造」(Re-engineering the Corporation ; Michael Hammer & James Champy )所談的4R(Reposition， Restructure，Re-system，Revitalization)，與綜合近百年來各家企管大師理念思想與作者持續累積的體驗，進行完整思想演化，將內部導向能量，轉化為外部導向能量，讓運作組織文化變革自然發生，圖以產出創值效益。

Purpose
In order to improve my country's accession to the World Trade Organization, we will actively guide production and marketing organizations to become entrepreneurial, strengthen the industrial structure of agricultural enterprises, enhance overall competitiveness, and integrate with international standards. In terms of practice, we introduce corporate concepts and technologies and corporate culture diagnosis and treatment practices that are actually applicable to the industrial and commercial circles, and monitor, adjust, improve, combine, and operate them according to actual operations, with a view to reshaping Taiwan's agricultural development opportunities in the future. Materials and methods set the meaning of Taiwan's new ecological "Aesthetic Island", that is, the original nature of Formosa's "Beautiful Island" through modern new aesthetics, coupled with the research and development of integrated business marketing and packaging strategies as the connotation, so that consumers can Integrate through experience to obtain spiritual wisdom and physical satisfaction, which is a representation of the beautiful situation concept presented. At this stage, Taiwan is transforming from agricultural development and innovation to agricultural development, basically grasping the key issues in the enterprise life cycle, using the so-called PDCA (plan-do-check-act) management cycle model by Dr. Deming, and the enterprise life cycle by Dr. Ichak Adizes. Results and discussion
The two 12-step*s cycle models that produce continuous improvement of organizational operations and quality in Taiwan's agricultural business community have evolved into one "6R of innovation and change" (Reposition, Reorganization & Restructure, Re-system, Revitalization, Reprocessing, Remarketing). The Dragon Transformation Project continues to transform the creation and application of the recycling model, using the ecological resources of the "Beautiful Island of Nature" to create systematic designs and create new output value projects for agricultural development, making Taiwan a new ecological "Island of Aesthetics" concept, integrating the above Strategic model to specifically implement the operating benefits of agricultural enterprise operators.
