全球有道德的，有正義的，有智慧的，有正念的熱心人，他會去研究，產出有效的創意方案，促動相關職權者，聯合創造人類在地球合理化生活的自主權的適當遊戲規則，安排讓人類在那種創新環境，按照這樣的遊戲規則，也就是按照這種被公認的創新全球政治制度，在地球上過著合理、安適的生活。

而不是這些擁有權威的強者在地球上爭搶地盤，讓地球上的人類滿目瘡痍、飽受煎熬。
