除非，當代國家主義政治人物，都能在政治高峰會議，互相尊敬的互動，彼此解放國家主義，共同提出，人類族群在地球和平共存共榮的偉大方案，在地球形成‘地球和平統一管理委員會’，建立合理‘世界憲法’的‘世界政府’的體系，讓全球政治實體皆納入行政區域，以全球治理政策，全球共治，讓人類在地球皆有合理生活自主權，無戰爭的在地球安居樂業。
文明世代的政治意義，是無私奉獻，是公僕政治，不存在私人利益。
因此，全球政治人物為了要達成造福人類的政治意義，全球政治人物必須起身改造人類的政治制度。
全球政治人物必須免除國家主義的惡性鬥爭，互相尊重，平起平坐，互相解放國家主義，共同創造讓人類無戰爭的合理世界政府政治制度。
這是全球人類的福氣，也是全球政治人物的福氣。
這是人類在地球落實世界和平真正的唯一道路。

全球政治人物從政的意義，唯有解放國家主義鬥爭，以無敵的"世界整合行政思想"，才能創造人類真正世界和平發展，才能造福人類。
