Who is the contemporary global political figure who possesses world justice, possesses political ethics, possesses contemporary political wisdom and political ability, enough to enable all human races around the world to have reasonable autonomy in life, and to allow the contemporary global human race to integrate and achieve great success? How can the contemporary global human race resolve the hatred of past generations, make the contemporary global human race free from war, and enable the contemporary global human race to enter a life on earth of republic, coexistence, co-prosperity, mutual benefit and win-win? Should global elites work hard to identify such potential political figures and provide incentives to encourage them to initiate the necessary concrete political actions?
到底會是誰呢？當代全球政治人物，誰會是當代擁有世界正義、擁有政治道德、擁有當代政治智慧水準與政治能力，足以讓今後全球人類族群，皆擁有合理化的生活自主權，讓當代全球人類族群大融合，讓當代全球人類族群化解歷代的仇恨，讓當代全球人類族群無戰爭，讓當代全球人類族群邁入共和、共存、共榮，互利、共贏的地球生活呢？全球菁英是否應努力找出這樣的潛在政治人物，並給與激勵，鼓舞他產出啟動應有的具體政治行動呢？
